Dear Mr. Keppler:
Illinois Power Company is planning certain repairs to its Clinton Power Station, Unit One.
Baldwin Associates has been authorized to perform this work.
This notification is in ac-cor.'nce with subarticle IWA 1400,Section XI, ASME Boiler and Press.tre Vessel Code.
The planned repairs are as follows:
Removal of arc strike on valve 1B21-F011A per NCR 3623.
The above work will be accomplished in accordance with the 1974 Edition, Summer 1975 Addenda, requirements of Section XI, ASME boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
The repair plan, procedures, and related documents will be available for your review at the site.
