l This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked our Office of the Controller to bill your company for the review of organizational changes to Topical Report WCAP-8370, Revision 9A on the WRD Quality Assurance Plan which I
were submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review by your le*ters dated February 15 and July 15, 1980.
We understand that the ONRR staff completed the review of these changes on August 14, 1980.
Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.
l The total cost to be billed is $78 based on review time involving 2 professional man-hours at $39 per man-hour. The invoice for this amount will be sent to you by the Office of the Controller within a few days.
Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and forwarded to the Office of the Controller.
When making payment, please make reference to the Controller's invoice number.
