Dance of your staff and in accordance with the provisions of your Confir ar.icn of acticn letter dated Scvc=ber 10, 1980, ne have resumed testing as follcws.

'de acknowledge our responsibility for ensuring the adequacy of the conduct of these tests in accordance with written, approved procedures. Quality Assurance employees will actively :nonitor the conduct of these tests on a shift basis.
