We received your October 22, 1980 letter, for approval of a by-pass j
route to the spent fuel route originally approved in February 1980.
Upon completion of review of the amendment request, a fee will be assessed in accordur.ce with materials Category 13 (Special projects) and Footnote 3 of Section 170, of the enclosed Part 170.
Footnote 8 provides that the fee will be detemined by the Commission based on the anount of nanpower and support services required to conduct the review.
Your request is being processed by the Licensing staff, and upon conpletion of their review, the Comnission will notify you of the fee due.
