Dear Mr. MacDerald:
Under the conditions set forth in Certificate of Campliance No. 6568 (Revision 1), 'Iennessee Valley Authority (TVA) shipping cask Model No. LL-60-150 is licensed for a loaded weight of 73,000 pounds (5(a) (2)). 'Jhe Safety Analysis Report states that the liner for this cask weighs 2,500 pounds and the contents of the liner may weigh up to 10,000 pounds. 'Ihis, along with the weight of the cask and cask lid, constitute the 73,000 pounds. We request that paragraph 5 (a)(5)(2) be clarified to read "'Ihe package shall be limited to 12,500 pounds...."
In accordance with 10 CFR 170.ll(a)5 an amendment fee is not required.
