The shipping activities authorized by this appr6 val are procurement, maintenance, repair, and use. All other shipping activities (i.e., design, fabrication,

dssembly, testing, and modification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifica-

tions from package supplers that these activities were conducted in accordance with an NRC-approved QA program.
It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 TE CFR 571.51.
