As a land owner and developer of approxistely 1,000 acres, I am concerned, in particular, about the schedule for opening Urdt #1.
A number of units very similar to the one at Three Eile
. Island are presently operating throughout the country.
Additional energy is needed fer new honcs and the ecst is already causing undue burden on present Ikt-Ed cuttoners.
