USE OF ANEFC0 AP-lou cA5K OPERATING LICENSE NOS. DPR-24 AND CPR-27 POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT This is to notify you, in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 71.12, that we will use the ANEFC0 AP-100 cask at Point Beach Nuclear Plant for delivery of radioactive material to a carrier for transport.
Certificate of Compliance No. 9074 has been issued to ANEFCO, of White Plains, New York. The package identification number of the AP-100 cask is USA /9074/A. ANEFC0 possesses Byproduct License number 31-14642-01.
The operating licenses for the two units at Point Beach Nuclear Plant are DPR-24 and DPR-27.
In compliance with 10 CFR 71.12, a copy of the Certificate of Compliance pertaining thereto is available at Point Beach Nuclear Plant.
