This is in response to your letter of May 22, 1980 which transmitted ravised pages to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan.
We have reviewed the revised pages to the Plan and find them acceptable.
Accordingly, Safeguards Amendment MPP-1 to your License No. SNM-778 is hereby revised, effective intnediately, by revising existing License Condition 2.1 to read as follows:
2.1 The licensee shall follow the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan dated July 1977 with the following revisions:
a.
April 1978 b.
November 1978 c.
August and October 1978 d.
August 1979 e.
May 1980 and as revised in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c).
We have established that the attachment to your letter dated May 22, 1980 contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be cor:inercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
