This is to advise you that Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) is announcing today that the anticipated in-service data for Bailly N-1 is now 1989.
This revision will be reflected in a further amendment of the February 7, 1979 request for extension of Construction Permit CPPR-104, which will be filed in due course.
