Attached is a copy of the letter and attachments submitted on August 14, 1980 in response to IE Bulletin 80-15 of June 18, 1980 involving pos-sible loss of the Emergency Notification System (ENS) with loss of offsite power.

The submittal of August 14 was inadvertently not sub-mitted under oath or affirmation as requested; however, this submittal is now made under oath. Although no changes have been made to our response of that date, we would like to inform you that the action committed to in our response to Item 5 has been completed.
