APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based upon the results of the f:RC inspection conducted on September 22-24,1980, one of the activities under your license appear to be in concomoliance with MRC requirements as identified below.
1.
10 CFR 20.407 states that all MRC licensees shall submit annual exoosure summary reports for the years 1978 and 1979. These reports were to be submitted within the first quarters of calendar years 1979 and 1980.
Contrary to 10 CFR 20.407. the annual exoosure summary recorts for 1978 and 1979 were not submitted at the time of the inspection, September 24, 1980.
This is a deficiency.
