Since the Three Mile Island Unit I has never been allowed to be returned to safe operation, I feel that you have abdicated j
your responsibility to the owners, operators and employees of General Public Utilities.

The owners and operators of the unit, General Public Utilities appear to be carrying the whole load of the expenses involved since the unfortunate accident, and the rate payers are not sharing their equal' load. This definitely is not fair to GPU Three Mile Island Unit I must be included in the rate base and returned to service.
1 It would seem that an your position you should and would do something to bring some relief to CPU in some form of rate relief and sharing of the expenses involved.
