Letter L. J. Koch to James G. Keppler, dated August 19, 1980, regarding an interim report (10CFR50.55(e)) con:erning a thin-walled elbow in RPV drain line; U-0170, Ll4-80(08-19)-9.

Clinton Power Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-461 Construccion Permit No. CPPR-137 The referenced letter stated that " Illinois Power Company now estina.tes that the final report will be filed about mid to late October. 1980". General Electric Company is experiencing a delay in a vendor reporting on the thin-walled elbow. Conse-quently, Illinois Power now anticipates that the final report will be filed in early December, 1980.
