Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 Recovery Quality Assurance Plan E1 closed for your review and approval are three (3) copies of the DII-2 Recovery Quality Assurance Plan, Revision 0.
The Plan embodies the same concepts described in the Dil-1 Operational Quality Assurance Plan, pre-viously submitted to the Ccmmission on March 28, 1980, but has beer. adapted to the organization and unique considerations aporopriate to DII-4.
The Plan is written using the position titles of the proposed GPU Nuclear Corporation (GPUNC). However, it accurately reflects reporting relationships and functional responsibilities in the existing GPU Nuclear Group as described in the DfI-2 Organizational Plan, dated September 15, 1980, and approved by the NRC.
We are confident that the organization and program described in the enclosed Recovery Quality Assurance Plan will enhance our efforts for the recovery of DiI-2.
