Dear Mr. Vaughan:
In response to your telephone request on September 15,1980, I am enclosing a copy of the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory report, " Structural Analyses of the Fuel Receiving Station Pool at the fluclear Fuel Reprocessing' plant, West Valley, New York, UCRL-52575.
I also have enclosed a copy of the letter to the West Valley co-licensees, dated May 14,1979, which accompanied the report. The letter also enclosed a copy of review comments by Dr. Wiliiam J. Hall and the NRC staff's evaluation.
