Pressure Transducers for 10/15/80 5. Water Meter Readings for 10/15/80 6. USGS Wells for 10/15/80 7. Lake Michigan Levels for 8/15/80, 9/1/80, 9/15/80 and 10/1/80 Well #59C - Counterweight hung up on the baseplate. In response to a request from Mr. M. D. Lynch, NRO Project Manager, we have reviewed the water level of 28.15' for Well #58 on 6/4/80 which was submitted to the NRC on 6/13/80. We noted that there was a bead error on the chart for Well #58 dated 5/~8/80 through 6/4/80 that was submitted to the NRC on 6/13/80 but failed to correct the label on the chart. The beads were recounted on O O 6/5/80 and the error was not included as a footnote on our 6/20/80 b\\k submittal to the NRC. The correct water level for Well #58 on \\ 6/4/80 of the week cf 5/29/80 through 6/4/80 should have been 27.65'. { } l 8011030%O4
