This is in response to your letter to Mr.- J. R. Buchanan at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory dated September 30, 1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, documents pertaining to any analyses of Licencee Event Reports for reactors which concerned the assessment for determining precursors to core melt accidents.
In an October 22, 1980 telephone conversation with Mr. Robert M. Bernero of NRC, you agreed to wait and receive a copy of the final publication 1
of ORNL/NUREG/NSIC-182.
