The present lists include input from the persons in Consumers Power Company responsible for distributing copies of the various documents to which the lists have reference. Since the NRC is generally responsible for determining the persons upon whom many of these documents are to be served, in my opinion, the NRC also has responsibility for keeping these service lists up to date.
If you have any objections regarding the completeness or accuracy of the service lists, please notify my office.
Unless I hear from you, I will assume that the NRC has no objections, and Consumers Power Company will use the attached lists for purposes of determining the persons upon whom distribution is required.
