Certificate of Compliance #9057; Renewal Request.
Dear Mr. MacDonald:
Ceneral Atomic Co. (GAC) requests the renewal of the subject Certificate of Compliance for a pericd of five (5) years. We also request the renewal with-out submission of a consolidated safety analysis. Attached is a check for
$150 covering the prescribed 10 CFR 170.31 fees.
Renewal of the subject Certificate of Compliance without a consolidated safety analysis is justified because the package is not used under the 10 CFR 71.12 general license provisions and the package is used only by GAC for material transported by our vehicles between our two contiguous sites.
