Revise PPI Drawing Nos. 109-5500024, Revision B and 109-5500025, Revision B, to show dimensions, welds and materials of construction important to safety.

Complete fabrication drawings shoulC not be subaitted.

2.

The design change to PPI Drawing No. 32216, Sheet 1 of 2, Revision J, shown in View D does not appear to be consistent with good engineering practice.

Please ' justify the lack of full penetration welds at the corners of the cask.

3.

In order to consider renewal of the packaging design, please justify the lack of protection provided to prevent crushing of the neoprene seals in the 30-foot drop test.
