Enclosed please find an application from Edlow International Company for a license to export 50,000 curies of bulk tritimn gas to Radiochemical Centre in the United Kingdom to ce resold in bulk form to other countries for non-nuclear end uses.
Before taking action on this license application, we would appreciate your views, in accordance with established procedures and from the overall perspec-tive of the Executive Branch, as to whether the proposed export meets the applicable criteria in the Atomic Energy Act as amended by.the Nuclear Non-proliferation Act of 1978.
