BROWNS FERRY TO DETECT WATER IN THE SCRAM DISCHARGE YOLUME Enclosed for your information is a copy of the AEOD report covering the Interim Ecuipment and Procedures at Browns Ferry to detect water in the scram disenarge volume. This report supplements our earlier memorandum on a potential inter-action between the scram and control air systens and our report on the June 28, 1920 Browns Ferry 3 partial scram failure event. Copies of this repo n have also been forwarded to IE and NRR for appropriate action.
