Cincinnati Gas and Electric Company Docket No: 50-358 Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on July 15-17, and i
August 14-15, 1980, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as noted below. This is an infraction.
10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion II, states, in part..."The applicant shall identify...the major. organizations participating in the quality assurance program, together with the designated functions of these organ-izations".
Figure 17.1-2 of the FSAR " Engineering and Construction Organization",
i Revision 50, dated December, 1978, prescribes the established organiza-l tions and their interfaces.
I Contrary to the above, the reorganization of site QA/QC operations since June, 1980 has not been reflected in the FSAR, corporate QA manual, and affected implementation procedures.
