CLOSE-0UT INSPECTION FOR THE OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY AGN-201
REACTOR, DOCKET NO. 50-106
In accordance with your request of July 31, 1980, we have conducted a close-
out inspection of the OSU AGN-201 reactor facility. The inspection report
is enclosed.

Based on the findings of the inspection, including results of surveys performed,
the inspector confinned that the facility had been decontaminated and the
radiological conditions were as described in the licensee's report of July
9,1980, Final Decomnissioning Report, Orecon State University AGN-201 Reactor.
The facility meets the contamination criteria of Regulatory Guide 1.86 and
we concur that the facility say be released for unrestricted use.
