Gentlemen:
On Se,tember 26, 1980, the Applicant in the captioned proceeding filed a motion for a protective order regarding a discovery request of the Porter County Chapter Intervenors (PCCI).
On October 14, 1980, PCCI filed a motion to compel the production of documents from the Applicant and the General Electric Company entered a separate motion for a protectivc order.
These several pleadings concern disputed discovery between the Applicant and PCCI in which the Staff is not involved and upon which it intends to take no position.
