This is in response to your letter of July 31, 1980, entitled " Interim Criteria for Shift Staffing. "
The present staffing levels at the Humboldt Bay Power Plant Unit No. 3 comply with the interim required shift staffing as specified in your letter for a plant in the cold shutdown mode of operation.
We will inform your office of our schedule for compliance with the staffing criteria for other modes of operation following the completion of our geologic investigations.
