Subject:
Interim Criteria for Shif t Staf fing Your letter of July 31, 1980, (Reference b), stated that licen-sees of operating plants must take actions to meet revised interim shift staffing criteria which includes additional shift manning re-quirements.
Vermont Yankee has completed an examination of current staffing practices and capabilities in light of the identified criteria and has concluded that all adjunct requirements excepting d and e are presently satisfied.
We are currently finalizing our plans including necessary sche-duling to accommodate initial licensed operator training and intend to meet all the revised criteria n.o later than July 1, 1982.
