In accordance with the guidance and model technical specifications provided in Reference 1, Nebraska Public Power District requests that the Cooper Nuclear Station Technical Specifications be modified as indicated on the enclosed revised pages. Revisions are marked by a vertical bar in the margin.
The following addresses each of the three items required by Reference 1 and either enumerates where this item is provided for by the present Technical Specifications or on which revised page it has been added.

SDV Vent and Drain Valve Surveillance The surveillance requirement for the SDV vent and drain valves is specified on revised page 98. The bases section for this requirement is covered on revised page 105.
2.
Control Rod Block SDV Limit Switches Table 3.2.C.
(page 61) has - been revised to reflect the addition of a Control Rod Block from the Scram Discharge Volume. Table 4.2.C. (page 77) has also been revised to i
reflect the surveillance requirement.
Page 86 has been revised to include the bases for this particular rod block.

RPS/SDV Limit Switches The requirements for the operability of the SDV High Water Level Scram are presently addressed in Table 3.1.1 (page 28).
Likewise, the surveillance requirements are i
covered in Table 4.1.1. (page 33).
In the event that additional Technical Specification changes are required with respect to the dictated subject, these changes will be submitted as addenda to this document.
