Dear Mr. Denton:
Attached is Amendment No. 50 to the LaSalle County Station Units 1 and 2 Final Safety Analysis Report.
This amendment transmits revised responses to Reactor Systems Branch questons reviewed as a part of the BWR Licensing Review Group ef fort; as well as one new response to a second-round question, and a complete update to the drawing package contained in Section 1.7 of the FSAR.
This drawing update was agreed upon with the Instrumentation an Control Systems Branch at the meeting of August 19, 1980.
Also included in this transmittal is a new Appendix N that addresses the plan for isolation / separation of Unit 1 from Unit 2 during the time that Unit 1 is in operation and Unit 2 is in the final construction stage.
Three (3) signed originals and fifty-seven (57) copies of this amendment are submitted for your review and approval.
