This is with reference to part IVG of the Initial Trial Brief of the Public Utilities Board of Brownsville,.
Texas, in which we identify Government experts whom we anticipate calling as live witnesses.
It is hereby requested that the Board take up for discussion at the conference of Friday, October 24, 1980, the question of issuing subpoenas for the production of such witnesses for such purpose, in lieu of the formal filing of individual motions therefor at this time.
