Dear Mr. Denton:

This letter is a follow up to the referenced correspondence dated September 17, 1980, in which PSC requested a hearing concerning the August 29. 1980 order from the NRC amending Operating License DPR-34'to require certain information pertaining to Environmental Qualification of Class 1E Electrical Equipment be submitted to the NRC on or before November 1,1980.

In light of the revised order dated September 19. 1980, and PSC's submittal, Fuller to Seyfrit, dated October 3,1980, PSC reference number P-80350, containing PSC's response to the NRC Order of August 29, 1980 PSC respectfully requests the request for hearing be withdrawn.
