Enclosed please find a letter from Exxon Nuclear Company, Inc. requesting an amendment to export license application XSNM01703 to change the intermediate consignee to Transnuklear, GmbH.
The Exxon request for a change in the intermediate consignee was received just prior to the receipt of the Executive Branch views. We will defer issuance of the license until the Executive Branch response is received on this requested change.
