CHAMGES I.
Under Article I, Section A, SCOPE OF WORK, add the following two paragraphs;
" Based on information developed during the first year of the contract, the State shall increase ~ frequency of surveillance and. data collection at
~
specific problem areas."
"The' State shall develop a training curriculum for its personnel, appro-ximately 70 individuals, who 'are involved in the regulatio6 of radioactive materials in the transportation environment. The State shall-conduct at least two-such training sessions during the second contract year."
II. Under Article I, Section H, RADIATION MONITORING DEVICES, delete the second sentence in its entirety and substitute the following in lieu thereof; f...

" Devices used for area monitoring will be placed at each monitored location."
III. Under Article II, Section A, PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. add the following; "The period of performance for the second year's effort shall begin on September 10, 1980 and end September 9,1981.
IV. Under Article V Section B, C0t! SIDERATION, delete that paragraph in its entirety and substitute the following in lieu thereof; "The "o 4e ion shall pay the State a fixed sum of ccordingly; r the first year's effor+
or the second year's erfort chargeable to the appropriation (DOT) cited in Block 14, Page 1.
The payment shall be made in accordance with the terms specified in C below, entitled " PAYMENT"."
This modification resuits in an increase of $22,500.00 from $45,000.00 to
