Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Fire Protection Your letter of September 19, 1980, recuested we submit a Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) to msdify our existing Technical Specifications (T.S.) no later than October 10, 1980. We commenced reviewing our T.S. against those supplied upon receipt of your letter. However, we will be unable to submit a TSCR by your requested date. Therefore, we are requesting an extension until October 24, 1980 to submit a TSCR.
