of surveillance requirements for the Scram Discharge Volume (SDV) vent and drain valves and Limiting Condition for Operation / surveillance requirements for Reactor Protection System and control rod block SDV limit switches, as requested by Mr. D. G. Eisenhut in his letter of July 7,1980.
Pursuant to Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, there is enclosed a check payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,400 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
