The referenced letter submits our application for an amendment l
to the Calvert Cliffs Unit No. 1 Onerating License to allow operation during j
the fifth cycle. Pursuant to 10CFR Part 170 paraerach 170.2f, <e have determined the application to involve a Class IV amendment. Accordingly, ve hereby submit a check in the amount of $12,300.00 corresnanding to the prescribed fee for a Class IV amendment.
