We have reviewed the comments attached to your letter and have discussed them in dett.il at meetings with Mr. Brooks Payne and Mr. Bivard Legan of the Washington Headquarters of the IEEW.
We have also reviewed the matter in discussions with representa-tives of the Commonwealth Edison Comi g.
We have issued to the Commonwealth Edison Company an authorization,
to take credit for the use of respiratory equipment under the provisions of Section 20.103,10 CFR 20, in accordance with the procedures described by the Company in the Corpany's application as modified in the annex to the attached letter.
Be authorization applies only to th'e forthcoming Decsden refueling.
