published in the Federal Register (37 F.R. 28710) and Sections 2.105, I
2.700, 2.702, 2.714, 2.714a, 2.717 and 2.721 of the Comission's Regula-SO tions, all as amended, an Atomic Safety and Licensing Board is being established in the following proceeding to rule on petitions for leave to intervene and/or requests for hearing and to preside over the proceeding in the event that a hearing is ordered.
UNION ELECTRIC COMPANY (Callaway Plant, Units 1 and 2)
Construction Permits Nos. CPPR-139 and CPPR-140 This action is in reference to a notice published by the Commission on August 26, 1980, in the Federal Register (45 Fed. Reg.. 56956-56957) en-titled, " Union Electric Co.; Receipt of Application for Facility Operating Licenses; Consideration of Issuance of Facility Operating Licenses and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing".
