The NRC Staff has considered the impacts of transmission lines on migratory waterfowl in its Final Environmental Statement (FES) and the Final Supplement to the FES.

Impacts of transmission lines on waterfowl will be minimized by the routing proposed by the Applicant and that no obvious'y superior alterna-tive transmission routing is available.
