Dear Mr. Reid,
In a July 1, 1980 submittal (Serial No. 625), Toledo Edison requested a revision in License Condition 2.C(3)h for the Davis-Besse Nuclea.r Power Station, Unit 1.
This was to extend the completian date for fire protection modifications. Due to the completion of the modifications, the requested res.sion is no longer required and Toledo Edison withdraws its request.
