12. Ot$CR4PTCN OF AM(NDAAENT/a*OCiFICAICN Pursuant to the authority of FPR Suboart 1-7.404-5 and the " Changes" clause of this contract, the following unilateral changes are made:

A.

Under Article I - Scope of Work, the following. changes are made:

1.

Paragraph C - Statement of Work, Phase II, Task 2 is revised to include

the following:

"The Contractor shall provide formal detailed oral presentations concerning each module contained in the IFMIS System / Subsystem Specification Document.

A minimum of eight (8) separate one (1) day sessions will be scheduled by the Project Officer at times, dates and places mutually agreeable to the parties.. All such presentations must be completed no later than October 15, 1980.

NRC representatives will provide comments during each of the above sessions. The Contractor shall discuss any such comments with the NRC Project Officer prior to incorporating the com ents into the IFMIS System / Subsystem Specification Document."
