2020 IP2&IP3 Ristroph Screen sampling schedule.pdf Good afternoon, In accordance with Terms & Conditions #1 of the Amended Biological Opinion and Incidental Take Statement issued by the U.S. National Marine Fisheries Service to Entergy Indian Point on February 9, 2018 (the Amended Authorization), Entergy hereby provides NMFS, the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation with a schedule of planned sampling days for 2020 (2020 IP2 & IP3 Ristroph Screen Sampling Schedule attached.)
