O Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Illinois Power Company Docket No. 50-461 j
Based on the inspection conducted June 24-27, 1980, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements as noted below.
This item is an infraction.
10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion V, states in part that, " Activities affecting quality shall be prescribed by documented instructions, procedures
. and shall be accomplished in accordance with these instructions, procedures.
Storage and maintenance Procedure BAP 2.4 paragraph 5.1.3 states, "non-safety related items and materials may be stored in the same storage areas as safety related items and material of properly identified and segregated."
Contrary to the above, some non-safety related electrical cable was stored with electrical cable identified as safety related cable.
