During Consumers Power Company's review prior to implementation of the amendment, two errors were noted.
The two errors should be corrected as follows:
1.
Page 7, Section 3.5.1(d) - Change "I Set Automatic A-C Operated" to "I Set Remote Manual A-C Operated."
2.
Page 143, Section 11.4.3.4E - Change power supply breaker designation "52-2334" to "52-2B45."

The requested wording change in 1 above is required to reflect the condition of power supply breaker 52-2B45 which is locked open to preclude inadvertent operation of M0-7068 (reference Technical Specifications Section 11.3.3.4A).
The wording " remote manual" is chosen to reflect the manual action required to unlock the breaker which allows remote operation of the valve from the control room. The requested wording change in 2 above is required to correct a typographical error in our submitt.
