Dear Mr. Fernos:
In your letter of September 3,1980, you requested a copy of the Cocaission's
" Rules c,i Practice" and a set of the fluclear Regulatory Conmission Issuances (NRCI).
In response to your first request I have enclosed a copy of the Commission's "Ru'es of Practice" (10 C.F.R. Part 2).
Compliance with your second request is more difficult.
Since the flRCI is a comprehensive multi-volume work not readily available for distribution, forwarding a set of the flRCI to you would be inconsistent with the Commission's policy with regard to financial assistance to intervenors (Financial Assistance to Partici_ pants in Conmission Proceedings, 4 fiRC 494 (1976)).
If, however, the Applicant's recent motion for termination of the above proceeding is not granted and the proceeding continues, we will make arrangements to loan to the Local Public Document Room (LPDR) nearest you a microfiche set of the NRCI. We will also loan to the LPDR a microfiche reader.
