Docket No. 50-376 Gentlemen:
By motion dated September 3,1980, Mr. Fernos, for himself and on behalf of Citizens for the Conservation of Natural Resources, Inc. (Intervenors),
infonned the Board that he would be absent from Puerto Rico due to medical reasons and that Dr. Tomas Morales-Cardona should receive service of documents in the above proceeding for the duration of Mr. Fernos' absence. The Staff believes that the only purpose of the Intervenors' motion was to give notice of the temporary change in Intervenors' address for service of documents.
While the Staff has no objection to such a change it does not intend to file a response to this pleading unless it is advised to do so by the Board.
