Inspection 80-01 This refers to the special inspection conducted by Mr. C. Stearns of this office on June 20, 1980 of activities authorized by NRC License No. SNM-1725 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Stearns with yourself at the conclusion of the inspection.
With respect to License No. SNM-1725, the inspection was limited to discussions of your plans for future activities authorized by this license.
From these discussions it is our understanding that this license is presently inactive. We l
also understand that you do not plan any use in the near future.
If these understandings are incorrect please inform us.
Our inspector also verified the steps you have taken to correct the items of noncompliance brought to your attention in the enclosure to our letter dated
