PROVISIONAL OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-45 APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO LICENSE

DPC Letter, Linder to Crutchfield, LAC-7073, dated August 6, 1980.
I Gentlemen:
In accordance with the provisions of Reference (1), an application to amend Provisional Operating License No. DPR-45 for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor was filed by Reference (3).
l The enclosure of Reference (3) contained Section 6.0, Administrative l
Controls.
Included in this section on page 6-4 is Table 6.2.2-1, l
l
" Minimum Shift Crew Composition".
This table should be revised to change the number of Operator License ( L) category individuals on O
duty under Operational Conditions 1, 2 & 3 from 2 to 1.
1 A corrected page 6-4 is enclosed with this letter.
l The change.is consistent with the present LACBWR Technical Specifi-cations on page 26, Table 3.2-1, " Minimum Shift Crew Composition.
