Appendix B NOTICE OF VIOLATION Docket No. 50-282 Northern States Power Company Docket No. 50-306 L
Based on the Health Physics Appraisal conducted May 5-15, 1980, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC require-ments, as noted below. The item is an infraction.
Technical Specification 6.5.B.1 requires that individuals permitted to enter a high radiation area be provided with a radiation monitoring device which continuously indicates the radiation dose rate in the area.
Contrary to the above, several operations personnel stated that they did not routinely take a dose rate indicating device into high radiation areas when dressed in full anticontamination clothing.
